Shri Saurabh Soparkar

Shri Saurabh Natwarlal Soparkar is a Senior Advocate practicing in the High Court of Gujarat and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad. Had been standing counsel for the Income Tax Dept for three years from 1986-89. Contributed papers at various residential seminars conducted by ICAI, BCA etc. Shri Soparkar is a Visiting Professor at IIM Ahmedabad on the subject of ‘Corporate Tax Planning’ and ‘Legal Aspects of Business’.
